“Very helpful staff”

“The room and hotel were very clean and nice. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My daughter had appointments at mayo and the drive was 10 minutes away. Super easy to get there. They do have a shuttle service to Mayo, but we just drove. I wish that there were more breakfast options. The bed was extremely comfortable and sheets were so soft. I would definitely stay here again when my daughter has her next appointments at mayo. ”

“Excellent service at the front desk! I had a tricky situation with a traveling companion and the lady working was so kind, patient, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 friends so we loved having the “living space” in our room plus the kitchen and island to eat at. We chose this hotel because it’s walkable to the Civic Center, and that was really convenient. I definitely recommend staying here. ”
